Got some new sketches as well as some art from issue 2 of Earth Sons. We'll start off with Mr. Gino Bino. Pointing his greasy finger at some poor employee. Just a fun little nonsense sketch.
Here's the first version of the cover for Earth Sons #2. It got a "not dynamic /exciting enough". I colored it myself since it wasn't going to the colorist. I still like the image and might put it in the trade paperback when it comes out.
This is the inked drawing that is going to be used for the cover. A little more actiony. Not much action occurs in the issue so I was hesitant to do an action packed cover, but it came out pretty good and I can't wait to see how the colorist (Jennifer Streiner) finishes it off.These pages are from the arrival of Aleyen the main character (the human) into the kingdom of the Katawa society. The katawa are race of half human/ half feline gentically enhanced creatures. They are led by a lord name Kero Padyr. Read more about them at DarkOceanStudios.com
